Album: (Creative Cph. Records)
Embark on a musical journey with Peter Rosendal's 2007 album - Solo, where he boldly departs from the traditional jazz pianist mold. Instead, he explores uncharted territory, wielding an eclectic arsenal of instruments, from an upright Hornung & Møller piano to an oversized flugabone, melodica, nose flute, seashells, and even a biscuit tin. His unique vocalizations, humming, and whistling, complement a bassline fashioned from an octave household rubber band wrapped around a yogurt container. To bring this extraordinary ensemble to life, Rosendal collaborates with his long-time friend and producer, Mads B.B. Krog, also known as Plateaux Techniques, a seasoned expert in electronica. Together, they craft an exceptional musical experience that defies convention.
